Founding Partner of Alure Capital

Adam Redolfi is the Founding Partner of Alure Capital, a multi family office for real estate. Over more than 15 years in the industry, he has executed over $1.25 billion in transactions across residential and commercial real estate, new development, and equity raised.
Mr. Redolfi is widely recognized as Miami's reference for super-prime real estate, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on transactions that require integrated command across capital structure, legal coordination, and cross-border execution, from origination through close.
Born in Nice, France, in 1989, Mr. Redolfi completed his higher education at SKEMA Business School and Florida International University. He started his real estate career in Miami in 2012 in a leadership role within super-prime residential real estate, building what became one of the city's most active UHNWI practices.
Over more than a decade leading the Miami office of a leading international real estate firm, he grew the platform tenfold, established direct principal relationships across U.S., European, and Latin American networks, and represented the firm at industry conferences across both continents. It was during this period that he became recognized as Miami's foremost French-speaking real estate broker by sales volume, a distinction earned through cross-border execution, multilingual delivery, and a loyal, multigenerational client base that followed him into his next chapter.
The founding insight of Alure Capital was precise. Ultra-high-net-worth clients are, by definition, multi-city and multi-project. Their real estate decisions intersect simultaneously with tax structuring, estate planning, debt advisory, and equity deployment across multiple jurisdictions.
The market offered two categories of firms: global franchise brands operating at volume and specializing by sector, and boutique specialists serving a single market or a single asset class. Neither was built for the principal who holds assets across five countries and requires a single institution capable of sourcing the deal, structuring the capital, coordinating the legal, and executing across every time zone.
Mr. Redolfi founded Alure Capital to fill that gap. The firm is not a brokerage with adjacent services. It is a private office, fully integrated across transaction advisory, private equity, hotel acquisition, real estate development, commercial real estate, and legal coordination, aligned in structure, language, and values with the principals it serves.
The firm operates across three offices in Miami, New York, and Paris, with advisory capability across 40 destinations, served by a finance-trained, multilingual team operating across seven languages.
A core discipline of the firm is private equity deal origination. Alure Capital acts as General Partner on curated, off-market transactions, structuring single-asset and portfolio SPVs around opportunities that its clients would not access through conventional channels. The firm sources the deal, underwrites it, structures the vehicle, and manages the execution, allowing ultra-high-net-worth families and institutional co-investors to participate as limited partners with full alignment.
The GP relationship places the firm's capital, network, and judgment in service of the same outcome its clients require: not a transaction fee, but a result.
His flagship practice is hotel acquisition and hospitality private equity. The firm operates across the full hotel transaction stack: off-market deal sourcing, buy-side acquisition advisory for institutional capital and family offices, and equity raising for hotel operators seeking growth or repositioning capital.
Mr. Redolfi leads one of the most internationally active hotel acquisition practices among founder-led boutique firms, with current active engagement across France, Italy, Spain, and the United States. The discipline requires both transactional craft and operator-side fluency, and it anchors the firm's institutional capital relationships.
Mr. Redolfi is also an active real estate developer in Miami. The firm currently oversees a development pipeline in excess of $300 million across retail and single-family residential projects in Miami, capitalized through equity raised from family-office and institutional investors, extending Alure Capital's role from advisor to principal.
In an industry sustained by self-promotion, Alure Capital's reputation is built exclusively on delivery. The firm does not publish its mandates. It does not perform for visibility. Its clients are not testimonials. They are returning principals.
That discipline, held consistently since founding, is the reason the firm has become the private office of choice for ultra-high-net-worth families and institutional capital on both sides of the Atlantic.
