Miami has never been a stranger to hotel-inspired condominium projects, even those without any actual hotel service (case in point: the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Residences by Miami Beach's lake and the newly initiated Waldorf Astoria Residences downtown).
Yet, there's a renewed interest with fresh hotel-branded towers tempting hotel aficionados all over again.
The St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles is an epitome of this trend. Soon to feature 175 units across two towers, this development by Fortune International Group and Château Group is set to rise as the tallest in its vicinity by 2026. With its inception in March, units' price tags start from $4.3 million, stretching beyond $10 million.
Though the St. Regis Residences will boast premium services typical of St. Regis around the clock and upscale amenities including a residents’ club, wine bar, and wellness center, it notably won't incorporate hotel accommodations.
On the flip side, the brand-new NoMad Residences enables homeowners to lease their spaces akin to hotel suites through its in-house brand. Situated near the famous Wynwood Walls at 2700 NW 2nd Ave., this 329-unit project is a collaboration between real estate moguls Jorge Pérez of the Related Group and David Edelstein of Tricap, in partnership with the parent company of NoMad Hotel, Sydell Group. Prices for these units, ranging from 464 to 931 square feet, commence at a cool $600,000.
Another exciting reveal by the Related Group is the Baccarat Residences in Brickell, set to unveil in 2025. Baccarat, celebrated for its crystal artistry and its inaugural hotel in New York back in 2015, is venturing into an exclusively condominium concept in Miami. Comprising 318 dazzling units, including some river-facing duplexes, the starting price here is $1.6 million.
Midtown Miami, synonymous with high-end NYC soirées, will soon house The Standard's premier luxury condominium. The upcoming 12-story Standard Residences, conceived by Rosso Development and Midtown Development, will feature 228 chic units starting in the $400,000s.
Over in Edgewater, the Edition Residences is crafting 185 residences along the picturesque Biscayne Bay — marking their debut all-condo initiative. Helmed by Two Roads Development and envisioned by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, this towering 55-story edifice will have units priced from $1.7 million, with the launch set for the upcoming year.
Miami continues to redefine luxury living, merging the elegance of iconic hotel brands with the allure of private residences. This innovative approach offers residents unparalleled services, amenities, and architectural artistry, all while positioning Miami as a vanguard in upscale real estate. If you're captivated by the prospect of living in such esteemed settings, now is the time to explore these groundbreaking opportunities.
